The service

Toby is a customer-management app for tradespeople, provided by Seagull Tech Solutions Ltd. We provide it on a subscription basis and aim to keep it available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you put into Toby. Don’t use the service for anything unlawful.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. See the refund policy for details.

Your content

You own your data. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it so we can run the service for you. You can export or delete it at any time.

Liability

Toby is a tool to help you stay on top of your work; it doesn’t replace your own judgement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the full terms. [liability clause to be finalised].
