Refund policy

This is a working draft. Final wording will be reviewed before launch. We want billing to feel fair and predictable.

The free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take a card upfront and remind you 7 days before it charges. Cancel any time before day 14 and you pay nothing.

Cancelling

There’s no contract and no notice period. Cancel from the app or the web and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

If something’s gone wrong, email us. We deal with refund requests case by case and aim to be reasonable.

You also have rights under UK consumer law. When you first sign up you have a 14-day cancellation period, and because the trial is free you won’t have paid anything during it. These statutory rights are in addition to this policy and are not affected by it.
